What you will discover

01

What sensory drawing is

Let me say upfront: it is not a technique. It is a way of paying attention to yourself. We will explore what makes this practice so different from anything you have tried before.

02

Your first sensory exercise

You will draw during the webinar. You do not need any preparation, just bring yourself, a pencil and some paper. If you want to go further, I made a short video about materials below.

03

The structure of the full course

How you will learn to work with the six senses and how the course is designed for you to easily return to whenever you need.

What does taste
look like when you draw it?

This is one of my favourite exercises — and one that never fails to surprise people. You are given something to taste, and then you draw it. Not what it looks like. What it feels like. The results are always unexpected, always completely your own.

This is a glimpse of what the webinar feels like. Come and find out for yourself.

What to bring — a short video guide

No preparation is required, but if you would like to draw during the webinar, which I encourage, watch this short video. I will show you exactly what materials I work with. Nothing you do not already own.

If you attended the webinar you've already seen this — feel free to skip ahead.

Brindusa —
artist, lecturer, guide

I am a visual artist and lecturer. For the past ten years I have been living high up in the Swiss Alps, where my practice is rooted in dialogue with the natural world through large-scale abstract works, drawn, painted and printed. I pay deep attention to what it is to be alive.

I have taught sensory drawing to university students, corporate groups and all kinds of creative people. This methodology grew from a simple observation: when we stop trying to draw correctly and start drawing how we feel, we get to be our sincere selves. That is where creativity lives, and where good and beautiful things come into the world.

This webinar is the door.

— Megan
"Brindusa created a safe, supportive space where everyone felt encouraged to explore. Her approach ignited creativity and inspired us to think differently and connect more deeply."
— Elif
"Learning to translate feelings into drawings, in a place of no judgement — and realising how some techniques mirror the way you live your life. Fascinating. Can't wait to continue the journey."

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to draw?
Absolutely not. In fact, it often helps to have no drawing practice at all. Sensory Drawing does not ask you to represent anything accurately. It asks you to pay attention and make marks. Everyone can do this.
What do I need to prepare?
A piece of paper and something to make a mark with; it can be a pen, a pencil, a piece of charcoal, whatever you have. Watch the short materials video on this page for a full guide.
Is the webinar live?
Yes, the webinar is a live event held via Zoom. A recording will be available but the exercises work best in real time, together. I invite you to be present.
Are the course sessions also live?
The six course sessions are pre-recorded, so you can watch them at your own pace, in your own time, wherever you are. There are no scheduling conflicts, no lunchtime rushes. You move through the material when it suits you, and return to sessions as often as you like, for ever.
Is there a community of participants?
Yes. All course participants join a private WhatsApp group. This is our space to share work, discover artists, exchange inspiration, and keep the creative momentum alive. The community continues beyond the course itself. It is one of the things participants value most.
In what language will the webinar be held?
The webinar will be conducted in English. I am happy to respond to questions in French as well — les questions en français sont les bienvenues.
Is there a money-back guarantee on the course?
Yes. If you watch the first session and feel the course is not right for you, please write to me within 7 days of enrolment and I will refund you in full, no questions asked. I want you to be here because the work genuinely resonates.
How does this relate to the full course?
Think of the webinar as a genuine first session. You experience the methodology directly and get a full overview of the six-session course. Enrolment is entirely optional and will be open at the end of the webinar for those who wish to continue.
What is the price of the full course?
The full Sensory Drawing course is €280. It includes six pre-recorded sessions with lifetime access, a private WhatsApp community, two bonuses, and a 7-day money-back guarantee. The course opens Sunday 28 June 2026. More details at the course page.
