Le Cercle de Dessin
Get back your creative energy, your presence, and your joy. Come once, come every month. No experience needed — just bring yourself.
$15 per month or per sessionLife gets busy. Creativity gets pushed aside. The Drawing Circle is here to change that — one hour a month where you put everything down, pick up a pencil, and remember what it feels like to make something entirely your own.
We draw from the senses, we see differently, we make marks and share them — and have a good time doing it. Every session leaves you lighter than when you arrived.
You have heard of Sensory Drawing but are not yet ready to commit to the full course. The Circle lets you enter the practice gently — at $15 per month, with a live session every month to feel it directly.
You completed the course. You know what the practice feels like. The Circle is where you come back to it — with others who share the same reference, the same language of attention.
Sixty minutes together via Zoom. Each session opens with a sense, a material, or a question and ends with something made. You don't need to prepare. Just bring your day mood. Every session is recorded and shared with all participants who cannot join live, so you can return to it in your own time.
Monthly subscribers are the first to know when new courses and workshops open — online or in Val-d'Illiez — and enrol at 15% below the public price. The full Sensory Drawing course, future workshops, studio sessions.
Monthly subscribers access a private Substack community. Post what you made, what you found, share your inspiration and questions.
Six sessions, one Thursday a month, always at 13h30 CET. Come to one, come to all — the Circle is designed to welcome you back whenever you're ready.
All sessions are recorded and shared with participants who cannot join live.
"When we draw together, there is a beautiful energy — the energy of joy."— Brindusa Burrows
Brindusa Burrows is a visual artist based in the Swiss Alps. After years of city living and travelling the world, she moved to the mountains — and that is where she learned to be still.
Working with the cross-section of a 268-year-old felled beech tree, she discovered that drawing from touch, from smell, from the body rather than the eye unlocked something she had never accessed before. Sensory Drawing became her go-to creative unblocking tool. And then she began to teach it.
She teaches at university level and in corporate settings, and has spoken at TEDx on the relationship between attention, nature, and creative practice. The Drawing Circle is where that practice continues — together, every month.
