Sensory Drawing workshops and courses for organisations who understand that creativity is a practice. And it can be taught.
Most corporate creativity training asks people to think differently. In an era of high-speed and information overload, Sensory Drawing goes to the root: it asks them to perceive differently. To slow down, open the senses, and tap into genuine attention.
The result is not just a room full of drawings. It is a team that has experienced, in their own hands, in their core, what it feels like to let go of what used to be true, and to discover the most authentic path towards something new.
That experience transfers into meetings, into problem-solving, into how people listen to each other.
Most teams are over-reliant on language. Drawing activates different neural pathways, those responsible for pattern recognition, lateral thinking, and intuition.
In a drawing session, seniority disappears. Everyone is a beginner. This creates psychological safety that is precious in organisational settings.
Sensory exercises require full attention. Participants consistently report a shift in their capacity to concentrate and be present, both in the session and after it.
"I can't draw" is not a barrier. This is not about making works of art. The methodology is designed for people who have never made art in their lives.
An immersive single-day experience, part creative warm-up, part deep practice. Participants move through exercises that engage sight, touch, sound, smell, and intuition, building toward a creative output unique to each participant.
Suitable as warm-up or cool-down for team off-sites, leadership retreats, innovation days, and conference openings.
The full six-session programme, one sense per session, delivered as a live online course for your team. Each session combines a short conceptual input with extended creative practice, and participants build a personal creative toolkit across the six weeks.
Ideal for organisations investing in sustained creative development rather than a one-off event.
A tailored sensory experience designed around your organisation's theme, challenge, or moment. From a 60-minute keynote with participatory drawing for a large audience, to a fully bespoke creative journey for a senior leadership team.
Previous experiences have included eco-poetry writing sessions, mental mapping workshops, and sensory drawing for audiences of 200+.
Our engagement begins with a discovery call. We talk about your team, your context, and what you are hoping to unlock. The session or programme is then designed around your specific moment.
No two experiences are the same. The methodology is consistent; the design is always bespoke.
We talk about your team, your goals, your timeline, and the context: off-site, conference, ongoing programme. 30 minutes by video or phone.
I send a tailored proposal with format options, timeline, and investment. Adjustments are made together until the fit is right.
The experience is designed specifically for your group, including exercises, pacing, materials list, and any thematic anchors relevant to your organisation.
A live, facilitated session or series in your space, or online. Participants leave with something they made, and something they discovered.
"Brindusa created a safe, supportive space where everyone felt encouraged to explore. Her approach ignited creativity and inspired us to think differently and connect more deeply."— Elif, workshop participant
Brindusa Burrows does not deliver talks. She transforms rooms.
A visual artist, lecturer and TEDx speaker based in the Swiss Alps, Brindusa has led immersive creative experiences for corporate groups, university students and audiences of nearly 300. Her conviction is simple: in an era of information overload, the most radical thing you can offer a team is a genuinely novel experience of their own minds.
She puts down the slides and puts people to work: drawing, writing, mapping, listening. Participants leave having made something with their hands and shifted something in their thinking.
Her work sits at the intersection of ecological science, creative practice and systemic change. She holds UN and WEF advisory credentials, teaches sustainable finance at graduate level, and is a soon-to-be certified forest guide. She has taught sensory drawing to seven-year-olds and to executives, and understands that the capacities needed are often the same.

She speaks five languages. The mountains are not her backdrop. They are her collaborator.
Every engagement starts with a discovery call. We discuss your event, your team and what you are looking to unlock.
